Mou-te per l’Esclerosi Múltiple

The Cursa Mou-te 2026, organised by the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, moves to a new venue: on Sunday 20 December it is held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Montmeló. It is the 26th edition of Mou-te per l’Esclerosi Múltiple, a 10K and 5K race that is entirely for charity.

Timetable

The 5 and 10 km race starts at 10:25. Before that, bikes set off at 9:30, and skaters at 12:00. Every euro raised goes to neurorehabilitation and multiple sclerosis research. You can also take part online from your own town.

Entry fee

Until 30 November, entry costs €14 for ages 14 and over and €12 for younger children. From 1 to 17 December it is €16 for everyone. Running on the tarmac of a Formula 1 circuit does not happen every day.
