The Trail La Vall 2026 is run on Sunday 13 December from Bellcaire d’Empordà. Some calendars list it on 29 November, but the official website confirms December. The organisers present it as the wildest mountain race in the Empordà.
Distances
The Gran Trail Montgrí is 46 km with 1,800 m of elevation gain, La Vall 22 km with 800 m+, L’Olla 13 km with 550 m+ and L’Olleta 6 km with 100 m+.
Entry fees
Until 31 October, the Gran Trail and La Vall cost €18, L’Olla €16 and L’Olleta €7, without insurance. If you do not hold a FEEC licence, you will need day insurance.
